About Boss | |
|
Location: Kansas City area
Age: approx. 7 years
Temperament: a big bear of a boy who gets along with everyone, is low key, calm, and low energy
BOSS is a stunner of a fellow! He's a big handsome longcoat German Shepherd who was not treated kindly by his former owners. He was left outdoors 24/7 in a kennel on a farm, and was about to be abandoned there with two horses when the owner moved. A horse rescuer notified MOGS of this wonderful boy in need. He's now living the good life in a kennel where he has lots of doggie company all day long. He's special buddies with ANNABELLE (see her listing) and a MOGS alumni named Macy! The three of them are together constantly.
BOSS may be 7 yrs old but he's got a lot of living left to do!!!! He's low key, gentle, calm, mild-mannered and no trouble. All the kennel staff at the boarding facility adore him! He's learning how nice life indoors can be, without wind and rain and snow and cold and heat to battle. He still prefers to sleep on the concrete floor instead of his bed, but we think that will change as he continues to adjust to comforts he has never known before. All he needs is time and someone who wants a low key guy like him to hang out with.
BOSS will be great in multi-dog home or in a single dog home. Cats are unknown at this time and would have to be tested. He's just so mellow you want to use him as a giant pillow and love on him endlessly. BOSS is a terrific boy with a quiet, sweet disposition.
Only one lucky person will take our mellow BOSS home.
