HARLEY was found wandering along the road by the interstate, and a wonderful lady was driving down the road and stopped to pick him up. He was advertised everywhere but no one ever came forward to claim him. These are a few words from the lady who found him.
We've been calling him Harley (like the motorcycle). It just seemed to fit him. Here's a few pics of him that I snapped this afternoon with my phone. I swear, he was posing for the pictures. LOL I told you he was a hunk, didn't I?
He walks nicely on a loose leash, is good with other dogs (not sure about cats). He is super sweet, very laid back, and loves to play ball. He's quiet in the kennel, other than he doesn't like sirens and howls a bit when he hears them, but he quiets when told. His ears are very dirty and have a yeast infection. We've cleaned them and are using an anti-fungal ear wash on them. We also gave him a bath and he's looking much better now. He rode nicely in the car.
Harley's adoption fee is $300. This includes current shots, neutering and microchipping.
Harley is Heart Worm positive so will need to undergo treatment before he can be neutered for adoption.
